Litchi is a third party app that can be used to control your DJI products and give them other functions. Litchi is especially useful for the Mavic mini which doesn't have features like active track or dynamic home point. At the time this video was made the DJI Air 2S wasn't released so Litchi does not support that drone yet nor the Mavic Mini 2, but all other drones should be good to go! Overall I am happy I purchased litchi but I don't think it is a necessity, especially if you are a beginner.
