Divine was the last MV Jessica was in. It only has ONE live performance which was at the Tokyo Dome show, on December 2014 (with the umbrellas). Since Jessica was kicked out on September 30th 2014, she was obviously not there. Fun fact: the girls always wanted to perform at Tokyo Dome, Jessica was super excited about it, it was a dream about to come true... The itnw ballad version u watched is also from the Tokyo Dome show, that’s why they’re so emotional. Itnw ballad version has also another two live stages which were performed at the Phantasia tour (2015/2016) and at the 10th anniversary fanmeeting “Holiday to Remember” in 2017. Their album releases in chronological order: Girls’ Generation (the 1st full album) 2007; Gee (the 1st mini album) 2009; Genie (the 2nd mini album) 2009; Oh! About the song “Complete “, I would recommend a mr version from the concert, the main course is full of Taeyeon and Jessica’s vocal. It’s amazing.

most of the girls can play instruments. Yuri also plays the piano and guitar, Tiffany used to play flute, Taeyeon and seohyun play guitar, Jessica plays the piano, The most talented though has to be seohyun playing piano. I think SM used to train their idols in instruments too for musicality mostly the vocal line the rest of the girls seem to have basic knowledge in piano.

Nani?? SNSD songs sound like they were made for girls?? Well..... that's their beauty, their music has grown up with their audience. Get to Lil' Touch and Fermata from here and wow, what happened to innocence? Also they wanted a girl next door look back then, which they nailed. Then they became grown-up women.

just a recommendation ^^ if you want something from SNSD's vocal line (Taeyeon, Jessica, Tiffany, Seohyun and Sunny), you can try listening to Motion. It's an OST sung by those 5 members, and VOCALS! Taeyeon does a crazy high note in there too. :)

Hey Brandon, according to SM Jessica was supposed to have a hiatus so they prepared DIVINE and tokyo dome as a send-off. She changed her mind but by this time SM got annoyed by the indecisiveness cause they are a business afterall. They planned all these things ahead of time. Song/theme of the send off. Merch changes? Plan after plan.. literal money spent for a send off for her to change her mind like that? Yeah no. As brutal as it is she had to go in SM's mind.

watching this remind me of all the times I first listened to these songs as well and how much I love Jess...

These videos made my teenage years. I started stanning KPop on 2009 with them promoting Genie. These girls were working their asses off during those years. All the variety shows that you imagine they have done that which I think the reason why they are more well- known to everybody in all ages. That is probably why even they promote less now, I understand and accepted it because they totally deserve it. These strong, independent and compassionate women became my role model. oof i wish i was in the comment section when this was live. jessica said sm and 8 others forced her out for no justifiable reason and to me i think what she meant was that sm pulled the trigger but the 8 others didn't fight for her, which is something she expected. she also said that the 8 of them gave her an ultimatum to give up her business or leave snsd in the beginning of september, but she didn't see why she had to do that when her business wasn't an issue. it's something she worked for all year and if they had an issue they'd have said so before...also she had just signed a 3 year contract explicitly for snsd and jessica/krystal activities. sm also seemed to be supportive of jessica until the end of september. nothing really makes sense. i hope one day we get closure because all 9 deserve better. and it's really grating that after 5 years we have learned nothing and ot8 continue to ignore jessica was ever in the group to begin with. and it doesn't help hearing fans say we should just move on...when the reason you love snsd is the same reason i love snsd and that fracture needs to be questioned and answered. *also the "goodbye song" for jessica thing is a myth. she even said in their 7th anniversary she wanted to do a lot more with snsd/sone from then on. that was july, same time they released the best album. you'd think they'd release divine with catch me if you can if it was really meant for jessica and not as a means to sell a repackage... i think it was just meant as a song for fans because they were going on hiatus as a group (and that's why they released a compilation album called the best), like they are now. but because of jessica's departure they put in a comeback to cement ot8 as the new snsd. but imo they were never going to do lionheart promo when they did.

Jessica NEVER said she got kicked out by the other 8 members or given an ultimatum by them. OR expected the girls to fight for her. STOP SPREADING RUMORS!!! Do you really think the girls have control and power for that? The only people responsible are SM so stop blaming or spreading the blame towards the girls when they were not responsible and wouldnt kick her out for the obvious reason. The girls were all close with each other and had a strong bond with each other. Tiffany always had all the girls' back. Did you forget when Tiffany stood up for Jessica when she was being interrogated by that one show that exposes relationships? The girls are always referencing Jessica too. Tiffany even played Jessica's music in her concerts in America. Taeyeon referenced Sica's music as well. We still have the others referencing ot9. They wouldnt be in tears in the tokyo dome concert for no reason. Neither the 8 girls or Jessica mention each other DIRECTLY and that is probably an agreement all 9 made together to avoid all the backlash and scandals by immature fans. The girls still acknowledge ot9 and group as 9 while Jessica mentions her time in a girl group and how she enjoyed her time in it. Even more, they still hang out privately. And it's private for the obvlous reason. YoonA and Sooyoung have gone on vacation in the same location Jessica went as well as same time. Sunny still has a picture of all 9. And Yuri still acknowledges ot9 in interviews but needs to correct the interviewer that they are 8 atm. And that's what you need to do. You need to accept that girls' generation is ot8 now. But in our hearts it will always be ot9. Or you could stay bitter and believe whatever you want.

It happened lmao. also ask yourself why sm would let tiffany, seohyun and sooyoung stay in snsd after leaving sm if it wasn't for the power they have when it comes to the group? obviously sm needs to do what's in ot5's interest. they are literally advertising that you can leave the label (the only thing they care about) and still be in the group. that goes to show they do have influence in sm, bc sm does not benefit as a company letting members leave but still remain as a group.

I love this video!! I'm a SONE since 2010 and it hit me so much ! You should check out their Japanese album! It's way more bop than their Korean songs!!

There's stronr rumors and some proof Jessica was really going to leave the group and Tokyo Dome was supposed to be her firewall concert. SNSD Promoted a hashtaf #CatchGG Jessica was still there. SNSD released a song called Catch me If You Can and that's what was supposed to be the CatchGG thing but finally the single was delayed and Jessica wasn't there cuz she was already out of the group but SURPRISE they recorded the same MV 2 times (different months)1 with Jess and 1 without her (there's a leaked vid of the MV with Sica in it) athe thing is Jessica had some issues with the company and the girls schedule and at the end well she was kicked out of SNSD.

Right before Jessica was forced to leave SNSD, Sunny was the closest to Jess. Before that, Taeyeon was close too.But right before that incident happened, there are moments Tae intentionally disregards Jess (on rehearsals) . I'm not blaming her. Of course she may have been sad and mad at Jess. And until now, Tae says that SNSD is 8 (not 9) so I guess she is still not good with Jess. Right after Jess left, Sunny left a message for Jess during the radio (Sunny was the dj) that 'you' are always welcomed to our home.

those clips are blown out of proportion. taeyeon and jessica had a lot of good moments during mr mr promotions. i dont' know why taeyeon said 8 instead of 9. i wish she didn't post at all. i don't think she was in the right state of mind anyway. it goes to show though that there isn't a "ban" on saying 9 like people think. exo just talked about their debut days when there were "12 of us"...so it seems like this is just their decision. sooyoung was the first to talk about the 9 of them, and even went as far to call her fanmeeting 9 wishes, talked about gee and how amazing it was to win 9 trophies so each member got to take one home.

Check out "uptown funk" covered by Taeyeon. I swear you won't regret watching it!!!
