    The gal on the right speak a little bit more slowly and seems to enunciate more - makes her easier to understand. The gal on the left speaks faster. Both are quite helpful - the gal on the right, for intermediate comprehension, and the one on the left, for advanced comprehension. Also, the more you listen to fast Spanish and get used to it, the easier it will be to understand medium-speed.

    Hi💕, hope you’re having a good day, I hope you don’t mind me spreading the gospel with you, so here it goes just wanted you to know that God loves you and wants you to experience peace and life in a better way and eternally.But bc we disobey God and go our own sinful ways we r separated from Him,but Jesus Christ lived a perfect life for you & died on the cross and rose from the grave for you,He paid the penalty for our sins and bridged the gap between God and us so if you trust Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and receive Him by personal invitation you receive that free gift and eternal life, have a blessed day, byee💕

    I saw this vid for the first time a year ago or so, when I just started learning Spanish. I could barely understand what the native speaker was saying, I was only understanding single words, rarely whole sentences. Today I decided to come back and try again, mainly to check my progress after an intensive year of learning the language with the huge help of your channel and... Now I can proudly say that I understood almost everything! Thank you so much, I think I would have given up at some point without your help. Still can't write very well in Spanish, but at least now I can understand it without any problem!! :)

    @@isabellarobles9656 I was so motivated to learn the language I actually started taking Spanish course at university! And at some point, when I could understand it a little bit better, I bought some books in Spanish and watched yt vids every day and listened to some random podcasts in Spanish. Also, it really helps that Spanish has a lot of words similar to English or my native language so it's easier for me to learn new vocabulary. And that's all! Good luck and don't give up!!

  • @extraterestrial

    @extraterestrial

    @@isabellarobles9656 stick with it. Use it every day. Find someone that you can text/ talk to in Spanish, watch KZread videos, use a translator and practice saying what it says. Eventually you'll start to realize that your translator is further and further back in your recently used apps because you don't need it as much. That's what I started almost 3 years ago, and I was actually surprised to understand most of the stuff in this video, although a few things I had to rewind and listen again. One thing that I'm struggling with though and barely getting used to is, don't try to translate everything into English. Get used to that uncomfortable feeling that you're actually speaking and understand a language, and it'll improve how quickly you respond. Obviously you'll have to translate some things just to have a reference, but try to remember it in Spanish instead of translating it to English and back to Spanish. Buena suerte, y recuerda que es un viaje, no una carrera.

    I really like Mafer's voice and her way of speaking. She should consider starting a podcast! I would totally listen to her speak for hours. I speak Spanish but it's U.S. Spanish and I want to speak the Spanish spoken in Mexico.

    Once I put the Spanish subtitles and follow some of the hardest part she is speaking, I am then able to rerun the video and completely understand her without the subtitles. I would never imagine there could be anyone who speaks faster than her. 1000 k.m/hora

    I just found your channel so I’m unsure if you’ve already done this, but I think it’d be really helpful if you brought in guests from all types of Spanish speaking countries to tell stories like this! The Mexican accent is pretty easy for me to understand, so I’d like to try this exercise with someone from the Caribbean, or chile or Argentina or really anywhere! Thanks for this awesome video!

    My brother studied languages at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center in California. The pace of study was intense. Students had to master the language course in 36-64 weeks. Psychologically it was very difficult, but fortunately he was helped by Yuriy Ivantsiv's book "Polyglot Notes. Practical tips for learning foreign languages”. The book " Polyglot Notes" became a desk book for my brother, because it has answers to all the problems that any student of a foreign language has to face. Thanks to the author of the channel for this interesting video! Good luck to everyone who studies a foreign language and wants to realize their full potential!

    @@HowtoSpanishOfficial Creo que con este contenido se puede entender profundamente como se usa la lengua en la vida cotidiana de mexicanos y Latinos. Para mí, si tengamos ejemplos de cómo se usa la lengua en vida cotidiana nos haremos más profundo nuestro entendimiento de América Latina y su gente. Creo que se profundiza el entendimiento cuando uno se dé cuenta de que otras personas tengan experiencias parecidas a nosotros. Creo que recibimos todo de esto por su plática con Mafer. Además, les agradezco para el vocabulario , estoy aprendiendo muchos mexicanismos. Por eso les doy un "like".
