Yo perdi dos hijos y se me ha hecho la vida tan imposible despues de haberlos perdido. Mi hijo mayor a los catorce años me lo balacearon el 16 de Marzo en el 1996 y mi hijo menor se suicido a los 22 años el 18 de Marzo en el 2018. Dos de tres varones q tuve. Y no he podido nunca superar la muerte de ellos. Le he pedido a Dios q me ayude pero no me pasado. Es un dolor tan grande q una madre puede pasar. Tambien tengo dos amigas q han pasado por lo mismo. He podido ayudarlas a ellas, pero yo no he podido recuperarme o resignarme en haber perdido mis hijos q formaron parte de mi familia. 😭😭

A cualquiera que lea esto, le pido que mejore lo que sea que lo esté lastimando o lo que sea que lo estrese constantemente. Que los pensamientos oscuros, el pensamiento excesivo y la duda salgan de tu mente, que la claridad reemplace a la confusión. que la paz y la tranquilidad llenen tu vida.

That stronger, faster, better you is waiting at the end of whatever battle you're fighting. It's not the end. It's only the beginning. You have to get up. Despite the numerous times you've been slammed into the ground you have to dust yourself off and ask "is that all you got?" Because you're strong. Know it. Own it. Trust me, I know.
