@@Ifyskitchen Ma, my only REGRET was that I didn’t make a large quantity of this sauce. I have indeed found a substitute to tomato stew which is not really my favorite. God will bless you for this recipe!! What i had was “original” scombia. I marinated overnight and fried like you suggested. Words can’t describe the taste. God bless you!!!!!❤️❤️❤️
