Family support and capability of family to support person irrespective of financial position is main factor to get through ICS. Fresh graduate who depends on family for years don't understand the facts of life Hence, I advised 5 year work experience a eligibility. Actually young English boys from England used to be ICS in India before Independence and same system is still followed ???

I think IPS officers should be selected through a separate special examination as like as the defence services officers are selected through NDA, CDS. Because it is often found that most of the IPS officers first choice were IAS that means they are not dedicated to police services but after final selection they are bound to the police service by the situation. So get more and more mentally and physically tough and dedicated people friendly IPS officers, the selection system should be changed like the selection of defence services officers to prevent the half interested candidates to get selection in to the police services.

Fantastic revelations.

Being an IAS officers is larger than life aspiration for most of the inspired youths..After watching all of this really hurts me even if I'm not any civil servant...Why these kinds of people are not satisfying on government legal perks on return with implementation of administration using top quality authorities ??...What is its use then to crack India's biggest compititive exam UPSC ?? If they has to earn in crores then why not this people choose private sector ?? It will be good if someone who is more deserving to serve these positions to get seats in bureaucracy.....

Very nice, please make more and more videos on this topic. Most of the beaurocrats think themselves as administrators, not as public servants which is very harmful for a democratic country. New amendments in the service rules should be made to compel them people friendly, if necessary by amending the constitution. It is often found most of their mindsets are imperialist.
