Lisa did a great job speaking in English. That's not actually her mother language so she's not actually a native speaker but her NEVER GIVE UP attitude helped her a lot..Her voice is very humble and calm.. Her calm full voice really relaxed me and she was very emotional when she saying about her mom and family.. that feeling..

i simply love LaLisa, she has this aura about her that is just very bright, warm, alluring and very hypnotizing. I just love how Lisa talks so passionately about her journey and how she wants to perceived and show who she truly is. Her admiration and love for what she does is truly amazing. The thing about this interview that stood out to me also, is just how close Lisa is with her family especially her mom and dad because not everyone has that especially the supportiveness and constant love and how everything she does is to basically give back and just try and live a simple life, yet still have the creativity and passion to keep creating and keep pushing boundaries to not just be Blackpink Lisa, but to also be LaLisa and I believe she is doing such a great job and that is just a complete understatement. English is her second language she knew it when she went to Korea. She talked about before in past interviews YG wouldn’t let others speak English with her but Jennie would help her in English. Plus her step dad isn’t Thai he speaks English with her so she knew a lot. But I do agree with the other comment that she hasn’t been as confident speaking English in the past as she is now 😇

I like seeing here solo. She’s calm, articulate, professional and charming. When she’s with the other girls, she’s definitely more comfortable and able to relax more since she’s in her group. So she’s sillier and able to “have fun” more but here we get to see smart, alluring and in charge Lisa. Love it.

I think her English has always been good, it's just that when she's with her other members during past interviews she'd turn to Rosé or Jennie bcos she felt that they could answer better in English?Or mayb it's simply out of respect for her unnies? If it's in Korean mayb Jisoo could respond better? But it's different when she's alone... she becomes more confident and sure of herself! I really enjoyed this entire interview so Well done Lisa🤩😍! And Zach is such a brilliant and kind host ☺️! Even if she had made little grammatical mistakes here n there it's ok! Even native English speakers do that! The more practice and exposure she gets, the more fluent she'll become. That goes for all of us... Just bear in mind, she's a polyglot!

yeah its a good thing that Zach and his colleague were acknowledging Lisa's response like they get what Lisa is trying to say, they also respond and make it more relatable so that Lisa wont get too nervous. She speaks from her true self. She don't sugar coat to be like, She don't even makin words to be known. She just express her bare self. Like naked one. I really cried that time

Lisa is actually smarter than what we assume her to be. Her interviews are showing her wits😻 Edit: I know a lot of us are waiting for their comeback but I can't appreciate enough on how blackpink is moving as individuals. They have their own identity and its warming to see that, they know they stand tall alone and taller together, I mean who is doing it like them. They are indeed the biggest band in the world. At the same time we know the bigger the fandom, more toxic it gets. Its alright we stand by our girls, at the end of the day we would still come together and break the records. Fighting!

Lisa is very smart. It's obvious the way she answers questions even before. It's just that she gets shy and nervous easily before. Her confidence now increased especially during her solo era. Love that for her.

I used to have doubt abt Lisa and wondering Why Lisa has a ton of fans around the world and why people love her so much? And her fans are kind of loyalty towards her. Then i started to step into Lisa world and find out her career path, her passion for music. She was extremely skilled even as a trainee. Lisa actually became one of the top trainees at YG even when she was not fluent in Korean. Being a trainee, its definitely is difficult for every young people who dream of becoming kpop idol and its even harder and more tough as foreigner. Despite how successful and popular Lisa's been throughout her career, she has always remained kind-hearted and humble. She always smile at people and her fans and she has the power and ability to be physically and mentally active despite how tired and exhausted she is. Its called PROFESSIONAL. The more i get to know her, the more i fall in love w Lisa. There is no way out lmao

she never failed to mention her mom dad and family this one of the reason why i admire her so much she never forgot where she came from a woman with a strong family bond, a humble beginnings im not surprise why alot of people admire her.

Great interview once again from Zach! I'm so happy to hear more from Lisa about her solo.

some people will never understand why Lisa is very hyped and have millions of solo stans. She's a person who has a heart for her work and for her personal life. if you try to follow Lisa's solo works around and peek on some of her bts moments, even off-stage the passion and dedication she has on her career is clearly evident on the way she moves, speaks, and treats her career. She's very energetic and unapologetically quirky around people and she doesn't care if they keep on judging her childish side. She's doesn't have the typical serious and conservative approach unlike other idols but like what teddy said, when its crunch time she activates her professional killer instinct. She's young and she knows how to maximize herself to get the best of her opportunity and moment. Overhyped artists who genuinely don't have the standards of a professional star lose their fame and hype overtime, but even if Lisa is an asian Idol, her solo fanbase keeps on growing and growing. They say she is overrated, but the truth is, Lisa has some qualities and uniqueness that other idols/artists dont have. Whether skills, talents, personality, professionalism, consistency, dedication- she has it all. Not saying she is perfect, but even the people who has worked with her express their sincere appreciation for Lisa, and with high figures of her brands respecting her professionalism should tell you why Lisa is the most famous Kpop idol. That is why her solo fanbase is very active, hardworking, and dedicated to supporting Lisa. Because she gives her best in everything, always stay true to her real personality, and genuinely treats her job with respect and professionalism.

I feel like they made Lisa feel really comfortable. When she's having interviews with the other members, she's usually really quiet, and I know she's usually more reserved. Or when she does talk, it's in high pitched voice. But here, she sounds super relaxed, her voice is lower than usual, and she just seems at ease, which makes me so happy. I appreciate how respectful the interviewers are and that they asked normal questions
