Ok I just have say this after my like 15th watch or something crazy like that. This is absolutely spectacular and reflects the emotional damage and beautiful narrative that the original games did for me with visuals so stunning it nearly brings a tear to my eye. This right here is art of the highest form, and personally I think it deserves much more recognition than it's gotten.

Just gonna copy and paste this from another comment; The addition of the baby in the "main ending" is fairly uncomfortable and also has sparked some pretty messed up discussions in the fandom, I'm gonna rehighlight them through this; First argument for the baby is "What if Buddy just settled down and had a family?" It completely goes against Buddy's character to settle down, As it sort of ties in with misogyny (The idea that even a woman who's constantly yearning to be free of men and have freedom to where she doesn't have to worry about the fear of living in a society with men who want to rape her would "settle down" with a man and have a family pretty... pretty much misses the point of her character.) The implications are very much that Buddy was sexually assaulted and that no matter what she did to protect herself as a child, It did not work, Which can very quickly diminish the hope we initially had for Buddy when we chose for her to take the vaccine. It's a total gut puncher because no matter what you did we did as Brad or Buddy to protect her; She was ultimately still assaulted. The addition of the baby is weird in itself because it implies that even after Buddy chopped, hacked, and slashed her way through all the warlords and Brad nearly half of Olathe, That she didn't even get the closure of being safe because she was still forced to be raped by a man and bear a child because of it, The implication of the baby very much tells us that Buddy was raped by a man and forced to have the baby which is pretty upsetting when you remember it's a story about a little 12 year old girl trying to be free of men's expectations and selfish desires to rape her. It basically tells us that after all her efforts she still was not safe and ruins all the hope we had for Buddy's safety when we see that baby. The implications of the baby are very much uncomfortable when you think about it, I can see why OP didn't include the baby, I hope this helps you understand? I don't know the OP's reason but I'm guessing maybe something along the lines of this? Or just simply they didn't want to add the baby ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯ idk

It would have been much better for buddy to hold his baby I say the baby is canonical if you can see in the endings plus it's the son between rando and buddy yes rando and he blamed his sister but the saga lisa has not gotten used to worse things I don't know that is my opinion but it would have been better if the baby had been there I don't know representing buddy's redemption because the only thing he has rando is that baby

Rando would never do that to Buddy though? Rando quite literally does everything in his power in game to make Buddy trust he would not take advantage of her,and although the writing is bad, it's very evident Rando would not ever molest Buddy considering he views her as his Little Sister? ​@@thesireenIn the game lisa the joyful and and you drop rando the baby appears with the mutant buddy and do not drop rando the baby does not appear which implies that rando is the father the reason it is not explicitly said in the game because it would be quite murky and a pretty horrible detail you put it to think

@@joshuagabrielrojas383 um No that's just a popular fan theory man, Nothing is confirmed about the baby aside from it being a boy by dingaling. Maybe let's like. Not spread misinformation. Also the baby can appear either way, it is an entire random chance. I've played the game with different choices every time and I've only ever gotten the one with the baby when I pick the "leave them" choice. It's just based on chance, and even then it has no evidence of being Rando's baby (why would he even rape Buddy... That would go against the entire point of his character....) Also like. The reason it's not stated in-game is because it's up to interpretation, I'm personally of the volition that the "leave them with no baby" ending is the truest ending, which explains why it's so rare to get as an end credit cutscene.

Rando raping Buddy or something would entirely go against his character and the way he views his relationship with his family, on top of that it makes entirely no sense considering if that *did* happen then Buddy obviously would have killed him a lot sooner, Frankly the only times Rando could have raped her was while she was asleep and frankly I don't think Buddy is a *heavy sleeper* given what we're shown at the beginning of the game and how she's highly trained to worry about her survival. It's implied Buddy is *much* older in the final cutscene As-well, Buddy is around 10-14 in the base game, And in the ending she looks like the average adult in game (which usually ranges to mid 30s or 40s in game) That means that she most likely was raped as an adult while in hiding and couldn't find a way to, ugh, get rid of the baby. Frankly I think the entire concept of the baby is outrightly disgusting and dingaling shouldn't have added it in the first place since it's genuinely disrespectful to women who have been sexually assaulted or been close to experiencing it, it feels like a big slap in the face to Buddy's story and gives a sour taste in my mouth the more I think about it I think the "Rando is the father" theory you're spouting gives the creator even more of a reason for the creator to not put the baby in the animation because a lot of Lisa fans are very *weird* about the family dynamics of the Armstrong's and frankly, incest theories are fucking weird and I don't understand why you're so adamant on the baby being some sort of weird incest pedobaby artifact. The implications of the baby are dark no matter what theory you have and I don't blame the creator whatsoever for not adding it, Maybe instead of harassing them over it you should go back to the r/Lisarpg subreddit and cry about it to your soyjack boyfriends who hate women but swear they're not gay.
