@@bdkj3e well if you want to bring logic to this, the winner likely can't operate it unless they happen to have very specific FAA certifications, which would cost a comparable amount to the taxes you're getting hung up on.

The Netflix doc on the original Pepsi jet giveaway was a good watch. Pepsi at one point offered the kid a little over a million dollars to drop his lawsuit which paradoxically made him think he actually had a viable case and turned it down. Bet he regrets that decision.

@@itsmytoast666 I think his case was viable in the sense that it went as far as it did, but the court judge eventually ruled against him for, among other reasons, advertisment of the jet didn't constitute an offer. Either way, the case certainly changed advertising forever.

If the winner needs a pilot, I volunteer. I've watched most of AgentJayZ's KZread videos so I know all about jet engines. I also fly airplanes, helicopters and quadcopters (OK so they're all radio controlled). I'm sure this combination makes me qualified to fly the jet. Oh, I also passed the FAA private pilot written exam in 1982 (no air time though). That's practically the same as having a Jet Type Rating.
