You can experience iT eyes closed and meditate. And you can meditate eyes open and expirience iT with all your sences. Try it both.

🌼 i found singing the little " laa" along with the children really made me feel lighter and changed my frequency inside and out. Nothing better than bringing sound healing through your own energy with the vocal cords. 👍⚘
