An amazing collaboration of East and West expert scientists and others talking about the lionfish invasion that started in 1985 in the Western Atlantic which spread to the Caribbean and Gulf of Mexico, and in 2012 invaded the Mediterranean most likely through the Suez Canal. Truly one of the worst marine invasions in history. This panel was presented at virtual DEMA 2020. Our name for this collaboration is Lionfish Universe: the lionfish invasion has now gone global.
