Igree except he was not in his best form here. Actually far from it. After his injury 2013, it took almost a year for him to return to his to his best form. Between 2009 to 2019, spring of 2014 may have been his worst form. But that just make his world cup performance more impressive

you can tell that Messi had a hard time trusting his teammates and rathers dribbling adjusting from how much he trusts Iniesta and Xavi at barca - he really learned to trust his team in 2022 and they all played their hearts out for him

Sobre sus compañeros en 2014, ps tienen sus razones para no confiar tanto, literalmente mira los pases que le devolvían a Messi, tenía que correr para alcanzarlos, mientras que en 2022 ps todo el equipo tuvo pases precisos, bueno, más los pases de Messi que fueron una joya. 👌

También en el 2014 loa delanteros eran muy malos, la final con mejores delanteros se ganaba. Alemania no llegó nunca .Salvo el gol y algún otra que creo que dio en el palo.

He just wasn't as good as playmaker in 2014 as he is in his later years, started from 2017 he became a much better playmaker, but it only happened because Barcelona's lack of playmaker at that time, so he had to stepped up
