For those of you who don’t know. CAMERON IS A *MALE* LION he lost his mane because he was neutered, the reason why he was neutered was because he was getting to possessive and aggressive about Zabu which also resulted in him loosing his luscious mane. ZABU IS THE FEMALE! SHE IS NOT AND I REPEAT SHE IS NOT A MALE!

the name alone should be able to tell people that she female, "zabu" clearly doesn't sound like a male name, plus the colors they used for their names at the beginning should have told people that, Cameron’s name was blue (male), and Zabu’s name was pink (female), people are slow

It's very hard watching this video now that Cameron is gone. He was such a special lion. He was a big teddy bear and his love story with Zabu was unlike anything I had encountered. The love and adoration he had for Zabu showed what a big heart he had.

Cameron and Zabu have both sadly passed away after this video was uploaded. They both passed in 2019 due to health complications. Rest in peace 💔

It's hard to believe that Cameron is gone now, he and Zabu were such a great pair together. I'm glad that Zabu is doing well though, and I hope she continues being healthy. Rest in peace Cameron

They are both really good looking cats. Zabu is beautiful girl and Cameron is such a handsome lion. But most importantly, their love story is always in the air forever. This video really touching my heart and get my tear down, because of their true and pure love. Happy in heaven for the queen and the king Zabu and Cameron ❤️

RIP Cameron and Zabu, It’s hard to watch this video knowing they have both passed but I’m happy they’re reunited. Although I miss Cameron’s roars and Zabu’s sweet chuffs, I’m happy to know they are yet again giving each other baths and cuddles on the other side of the rainbow bridge, running free as nature intended❤️

I'm crying so hard after learning that this beautiful passed away, I was just falling in love with them and went through comments, 😢😢😢😢

Across the rainbow bridge. Cameron is still searching for Joseph, calling him and as always Joseph doesn't care. And playing with his love of his life Zabu. Such a true and sad story to make a grown man cry too. Rip Kings and Queen. You might be gone but will be never forgotten.

TO EVERYBODY WHO SAYS THEY WISH THEY HAD KIDS: Ligers are not a naturally occurring species and are the product of forced breeding. They usually live painful and uncomfortable lives due to a ton of unfortunate medical problems they face. Zabu herself was the product of inbreeding required to create white tigers. It would not be cute, it would be inhumane. This was also the reason why Cameron was neutered. Big cat rescue doesn’t allow breeding.
