Here is my catch up with the animals at The Sanctuary after a little break. The behaviour is always different, some energised to see me, others can be indifferent. So lovely to see how you bond with those male Lions. When you say 'My boy'..they respond so closely and obviously see you as their Carer. I would certainly be invigorated to feel that Roar vibration💯🦁. Gaby was probably searching for Tyres to deflate and so paid you no attention😂. The black Leopards are like young cubs for those pilchards too..Thanks for sharing!⭐👍

When I went to a big zoo in September 2019, I saw a Lion in person for the first time. It was first lying in grass, then it got up to walk. As it walked, it was Roaring. It was the thrill of a lifetime! I got it on video too. There were not fences at that zoo. Just natural barriers. So when I zoomed in with my camera, it gave me nice close up pictures that looked like it was in the wild.

Bobcat's Roaring was awesome! I think he was announcing to everyone: "Hey, my best friend is back and I'm so excited!" George and Yame were very affectionate. And it's always enjoyable to see the Black Leopards eat their favorite snack of Pulchards in tomato sauce. Those leopards look so good for 21 years old. Loved seeing each greeting; the beautiful leopards, but Bobcat's lion roar was the highlight. Having experienced lions roaring in person, as you said, the ground actually trembles. They are magnificent! Thank you for sharing such beautiful experiences.

Animal rescue can be hard work and emotionally difficult at times due to the horrific things people do to animals. However, the rewards of being a small part of seeing them going on to better lives is worth it.

Living on social security I can’t afford much, but I hope my efforts help. Like you, I’ve loved animals my entire life. It’s difficult to make people understand just what animals do for my happiness. Other animal lovers understand it I’m sure. I honestly prefer the company of animals more than people. Thank you again for everything you do and for the strength to deal with difficult situations. Wow! The power and Bass in the roar is incredible. What I’d give to experience that! And what a sweet treat to see my favorite black leopards ever. 21 years! Y'know, I've been subscribed to Kevin's channel for years. And it's moments like 3:30 that still never cease to amaze me. That he's able to pet a large, gorgeous animal like this is extraordinary. Instead of a 15-lb house-cat it's a 400-lb lion. And then captures the call-and-answer roaring completely up-close and personal. Magnificent. Remarkable footage. And look at the look on Kevin's face. He still knows he got to witness and feel something extraordinary. It's like: "this is why I do this guys!"

There is no time that i see these beautiful loving cats that I won’t be filled with the joy of God’s life. What an amazing gift!! Felt crap all day (Parkinsons), then I heard Bobcat roar! Kevin, I can't stop grinning now! I know what you mean about the ground trembling - I spent a stunning ten days touring round the Kruger in 1982/3, the sounds at night were awesome. Spent some time at a small lion par just near Jo'berg too. Thanks for all the video clips, they really are superb therapy, and so informative.

Years ago I volunteered at an animal sanctuary. I know how amazing it feels when the lions start roaring. Everyone would stop what they were doing and just let the vibrations of the roars fill them up. It was an amazing feeling.

Wow! Still watching but wanted to say, though I can’t feel the vibration through the ground, I just listened again to Bobcat roaring and turned the sound right up. I had no idea what it was at first and you imagine the animal is huge from the sound, then learn that it’s a koala lol 🐨❤️🦁

I’m glad I’m not the only one that cries watching Kevin’s videos. Animals touch my heart and soul and give me so much peace and contentment. I become so emotional at the thought of some animals becoming extinct. We have anti-wildlife extremists in the US trying to eliminate bears and wolves. It’s a sad time for animal lovers.

I love cats! From little domestic newborns to fully grown lions, same behaviors just different sizes. How wonderful that you are able to experience what many wish to do. Keep up this good work with these babies and give them a big hug from me.
