No. They stole them from the mother. They were too young to be separated. They should not be separated for 8 weeks. Look it up or ask a vet. Mother cats can stay gone for half the day or even a full day. She came back to no babies and was devastated. Hope For Paws really blew it this time. Waiting for 1 hour for the mother is a complete joke and so was playing those gosh awful meowing kitten sounds. Mother cats aren't stupid, they know the meows of their own babies. The mother was robbed of being able to teach her kitties how to stalk & hunt and those kittens will NEVER catch mice. That skill is learned from the mother. Also, some feral cats wean their kittens slowly and there's a chance they were still nursing.

They all back up as far as they can into that little corner, and then they start getting curious. Heads tilting, moving a little forward. And despite hissing they aren't acting out. Adorable little fluffs.

These kittens came from a feral cat. Feral cats aren’t really abused, nor homeless. They’re just wild cats. That’s why the rescue had created homes for the animals, so they would have shelter during extreme weather.

I've seen a lot of your videos and you are great saving animals. Everyone has been trying to get Mom cat for over 2 yrs. Not an easy thing to do. The kittens will be cared for and hopefully everybody will keep trying to get the Mom and get her spayed. Great Job guys.❤❤

At 5 weeks it's really easy to tame kittens. Basically anyone who wants to play with and pet kittens and isn't cruel to them can get them warmed up to humans, because they're still in the critical period for tameness. It gets a lot harder after 8 weeks.

Because by taking kittens that young away from their mother, you not only cause issues for the kittens but the mother will just go on to have more kittens if she's not caught (plus how the hell would you feel if you came home and your kids were gone?) "rescuing" kittens without the mother doesn't "help" anything if the mother goes on to have more kittens, no kittens are taken off the streets, more are just added. Rescues often do more harm than good.

Blobbert Mcblob I guess you do not regularly view this channel or didn’t bother to read the description. They are trying to catch the mom. As to your comments about leaving the kittens, they are much safer off the streets or do you want them hit by a car, infested with fleas, eaten by dogs or other predators, or tortured by someone close humans?

Wow they were super chill for feral kittens. In my experience they've always been hissy, spitty little floofs, but these guys are super cool about the whole thing

They take kittens from their mother and put them up for adobtion, there are a lots of wild cats, those kittens would have survived. Ist just humans who want to take them away from their natural habitat.

I think the mother cat got an anxiety after giving birth So I think she doesnt like the kittens but I more think that she is looking for food for her kitties

that would make sense, but feral cats can’t be socialized after they hit adulthood. it’s sad but she rather but outside then stuck with humans in a life she’s not happy with. i wish she could be socialized so they can be together but the best they can do is nueter her and give her shots then they would let her go in the end. :(
