1:54 is the most beautiful scene, the sub has Vegeta ask himself; "why do I have to be such a nice guy?" In that instance before his otherwise cold heart warms up to blast out his last bit of life force in protecting the innocent people around him. This made me cry every time when I first saw it as a kid, for an abomination to wake up and push back against the very evil that he once was an expression of. This Vegeta feels the call of decency, while fake Goku in DBS BS only feels empty battle lust rather than the bold decency of real Goku in original Dragonball(meeting bulma as a kid all the way up to flying away as an adult to train kid buu, it is all one story, only artificially broken into two anime, one called Dragonball and one called Dragonball Z). This Vegeta is worth far more than all of DBS and Gt combined. *It is true Vegeta, the compassionate and tactful, the classy Prince of all decency.*

yo actually, that reminds me of a photo I saw which gives me a theory, the photo more or less shows that Goku is being trained towards the path of the uncaring and eternal angels (mastered U.I for an example) whereas Vegeta is being trained more towards the path of a destroyer (someone who has to take into consideration the entire universe and the people in it as well). so what if, as their battle styles continue to evolve and change in their own ways with their new powerups, they become like apprentices of both Beerus and Whis instead of more just a form of entertainment towards the deities?

Embellishing and saving this aspect of innocence, is the only respectable thing about the false Broly in false Dragonball aka "Dragonball Super."
