Probably no one is gonna read this now but I wanted to thank you for this beautiful cover. It is so sad but so comforting at the same time. You can really hear the hurt, sadness, regret and grief in the Cello. A music instrument is so much more than it shows. It has his own feelings and his own character if you just listen close enough. I truly thank you for this masterpiece. And whoever out there suffering we can hear you, we feel your pain and you are not alone. We stay through this together. I promise.

An anthem of angst & frustration borne of bullying & abuse, a cry of deep sadness & futility through depression and drug abuse .. we lost Chester Bennington on what would have been Chris Cornell's (53rd?) birthday, as Cornell also had also suffered & apparently hung himself.. Sad to see what price is paid as the source of such moving expression by these artists..this music is as haunting as ever today, eviscerating tsunami of emotion.. reminding us..

I can't hear anger in original, only sorrow. Just because semi-screaming vocals does not mean only anger. That said...cello sharpens emotions and removes any veil. Puts it right in front of you. Well done rendition!

Oh... This sound... Cello is really a magical music instrument... It's like we could feel a soul's tears so much it radiates emotion... I love the cello and when a piano accompanies the melody it's as if the rain was coming to mix with the soul in pain... I really love it. I don't know why but cello always makes me sensitive and you handle it like a chief 👌 thank you very much for that moment. 😊 If I could play cello like you I would be so proud !

I cant believe its almost a year since Chester passed.... Time is flying wayyy tooo fast... I still cant accept that he's gone... Gone ..

The saying 'playing the worlds smallest violin' though sarcastic in nature, alludes to violins sounding sad. Cellos seem much more melancholic, to me personally. I always wanted to play the violin when I was younger, loving the range of emotions it could portray, yet now as I grow, I feel that cello has much to offer; whether it's a subdue sadness, or bright strength. Your work is nice, GnuS, you helped broaden my tastes. Thank you for that, and this wonderfully bittersweet piece.

Linkin Park was my psychological booster and mental tonic way back in College some ten years ago. Now this music takes me back in time to the highs and lows of my life.....
