The card that cost more than 4 AP may buff some of your card but remember to use them before enter buff section~ if there are cards that cost less than 4 AP while in your hand... they won't get buff~
Anyway~ I normally don't use Hime (Identity)... but with Megumi (365 Days) being 0 AP cost~ she will help reduce AP cost Hime~ but the problem is your Voltage will reduce to the point is empty...
P.s. I could get more score if my phone weren't so hot at the moment... 📱🔥 It's make my phone lag so badly some part...
