French is very easy to read, though; the pronunciation almost consistently follows the rules - almost, because there are exceptions (of course!)

You said that very clearly. I’ve explained that to people and now I have a video I could show that takes much less time than my explanation. I believe that both Dutch and Indonesian have undergone orthographic changes and this is in pursuit of becoming more shallow. Yep some new word concepts thank you so much.
