It is a beautiful place, thanks for sharing! I went to Lingayen recently and visited the Capitol, the World War 2 veterans memorial park and the Limahong center. I made 3 vlogs on youtube and posted it with information as I normally talk during my videos to explain to my viewers what I am looking at. I would love to visit there again this year when I go back to the Philippines.

Puwede naman po ata, kasi may nakikita kami ng mga nagtetent dun. Magpaalam lang kayo sa mga guard na andun para masabihan kayo kung saan kayo puwede magtayo ng tent (Lingayen Capitol Beachfront po ito).
