    Very helpful video. Thanks a lot. If possible please explain how the transformation will be if there is both horizontal and vertical shearing i.e. all the elements of a 2*2 matrix are 1.

    I think you messed up Horizontal shear a bit. Isnt it supposed to change x1 instead of x2 ? Anyways thanks for the lectures 🖤

    @@danielbostock595 if you do the operation for horizontal shear transformation: |1 k| * |x1| |0 1| |x2|. You'll get |x1 + kx2| |x2|

    This is the truth, Sal Khan is good at what he does. But his ability to teach Linear Algebra does not compare with Trevor's.

    He should have taken I X = Y and apply transformation on both sides Horizontal shear -> where Y = T(X) 1) y1 -> x1+k*(x2) 2) y2 -> x2 [ 1 0 ] [x1] = [y1] [0 1 ] [x2] = [y2]
