My neice loved you! She passed away 2 years ago, at age 11. But she began to play violin and you were her idol. She now dances and plays on the streets of gold.
How she proved them both wrong, amazing talent
she reminds me of the cutest lil elf you can imagine, this girl is incredible i love the expressions she makes
I'll start this with the disclaimer that I am an old geezer, and married for 34 years and not just some fanboy. So here goes: From a musician's perspective, I think that Lindsey is one of the most engaging, innovative, and inspiring musicians i have ever seen. She doesn't just have a 'look at me, I'm so talented' vibe like so many modern 'musicians' have. Seeing Lindsey's work stirred me to examine my own musicianship and improve it on many levels. So yeah, I guess that I am a fanboy. or, well, in my case, a 'fan-geezer.'
That girl is so much alive! sparkling! I wish I had 1/10th her energy :P
Basically what the Osburne said was correct: she needed choreography, a proper music, a proper group. Leaving AGT at that stage was the best thing for her because, other ways, she would have become an AGT product instead of having her own personality.

I think you got it in one. Her freshness, uniqueness, and cuteness, along with a lot of talent, IS her brand.

She was told she was too different. And yet, being different is what makes her unique. I agree that leaving AGT at this moment in her career was good for her to become her own person, her own personality and artist. And look where she is now.

@@vgamer456 What's wrong with being too different? If we aren't different than the world would be a boring ass place Lindsey did take Sharon's advice & worked hard to perfect her craft & look where she is now.
One word to describe Lindsey's personality: "ADORABLE"!!!!

Disagree. The one word I’d use is “creative.” Either that or “original.”
I love that she's an inspiration to the younger generations.
When she didn't make America's Got Talent I actually was so fucking pissed. But those judges probably feel like shit now lmao

Fluttershy Yeah, I never felt so much empathy for someone in those shows because - we - never know much about them, I got tears in my eyes for her saying "Thanks" smiling but broke inside. These programs treat talent as disposable objects. Thanks Lord she came back blowing everything, the best artist of recent times. Long live for L. We love you

The judges have been sooo wrong...and this wasn’t the only time. You are fantastic and I live watching and listening to you. God bless!
I love how AGT has three judges who have no talent and no significant accomplishments. They cast shade on Lindsey. She blows them off and goes on to have a huge career.
I bet they are going to eat those words for a very, very long time. WTF do those judges really know? Ms. Stirling is getting better at her craft every day exponentially. Who's bursting now into tears? Ha ha ha........ Revenge is truly sweet & served best by Lindsey

That AGT was what she needed to hear, nothing more. It's one of those things where it's a stepping stone in life and it's WHAT YOU NEED, and it helped her launch her career. It gave her the drive to push forward.

Enjoyed watching your story. Especially having fun on the bus, so little room for so much talent. And the children. Sister Lindsey I have so much appreciation for you. You are setting a wonderful example for the youth. Not only in pursuing dreams, but doing it without compromising your values. We need more talented artists who embrace good values. In content, raiment, attitude, etc. You show that having fun and being playful doesn't have to be rude, crude or destructive. I love your music and your example. Keep ever faithful, on the narrow road with your sight on your continuing Mission. You are an inspiration and you give me hope that maybe there is hope for the up coming generations. I am 54. I have two girls left at home out of five, nine year old Eliana and eleven year Mayanna. They enjoy your work and are excited to learn violin. I cannot afford lessons and our schools are too small for orchestra. Their elder sister Margaret is returning home and I hope will at least teach them what she knows of the violin. She was able to take it in school one year. We have three violins, and I ache to hear them played. I will continue watching your journey. You are truly blessed. Not just with talent , but with grace, strength and firmness of mind. I hope you continue to remember that young eyes are following you as well.
Love her spunky disposition. She is wonderful.
Thank you so very much for sharing. I truly understand there's a tremendous amount of planning, hard work, etc. involved.
Thank you Lindsey my 9 yr old boy loves dub and we can hardly wait till your 2019 rocking like the champs you all are as fans!!
Love ya Lindsey Stirling! Your music makes my day more fun and makes me smile. Keep being you, you are awesome!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY LINDSEY STIRLING!!!! Being "True To Yourself" has been a tremendous gift to us, your fans. What an inspiration you are! Thank you soooo much for that.
Judges are always pretentious narcissists, I know they decide your fate but I am so glad you didn't let them crush you. You are an exceptionally talented musician. Unique was a cruel word, this woman is far beyond Unique, I would say exceptional. Your music is incredible.

She's like nobody else. I'm glad she succeeded.
I don't know if anyone else has pointed this out but this is so amazingly well put together. You did a fantastic job!
I watched several of her performances, I may be older, but I love how she moves and makes her videos. Keep it up, You are good and there are lots of us out here that love to see you do what you do.
Lindsey, I am new to your style of music and I am utterly impressed. I am big fan of the violin and what you have done is amazing. I am a huge progressive and melodic metal fan who grew up on 80's metal and country music with the fiddle. I am also struck by the number of fans who are just as young as you when you first started playing that just love you and your music. You are an inspiration to this younger generation to play the violin, an instrument that can make you get up and dance, bang your head or make you shed a tear. Keep up the incredible music.
Thanks a lot for this video! Watched every second of it enjoying
You inspire many, your work is much appreciated, thank you for remaining natural and real. It inspires me to think hard on how to be a unique drummer after playing drums for 13yrs now. I wish you all the best ...
Thanks for the work you put in this documentary. Nice compilation, nice rythm. Thanks one more time :)
I love Lindsey; to have the talent she has and the uniqueness. I loved discovering her on youtube and watching all her music videos was one of the greatest finds I ever had the opportunity to cherish
This is amazing! I just found out about Lindsey on Dance Showdown, and I chose to watch this movie over One Direction's This Is Us, it was really worth my time, and I'm gonna subscribe to her now. THANKS!
love you guys, the batting demos from you all were great :)
Lindsey always seems so happy..!
Judges must be proud of what you became

You are sooo beautiful!! You inspired me to start learning Violin! THANKYOU!!!
Amazing, Thanks. Regards from Ensenada Mexico
I love you Lindsey. Everytime I watch your videos I cry, and this one was no exception. You are incredibly talented, and I WANT TO KNOW WHERE TO SEND MY FANMAIL!!
I think the one thing that is not mentioned here or by many others is the emotions in the playing. To me when I see acting or dancing or other art forms, there is a clear difference in my mind between those being "professional" at the art … talented and good and doing the job .. and those being "Emotional" in the art. They feel what they are playing or doing and truly experience it and that is shared back to those watching. And that is what happens with Lindsey as she dances and plays. To keep the two in synch and performing correctly she draws more on her emotions and feelings and that comes across in the music (at least to me). When I first heard "Take Flight" playing off of someone's ipod/iPhone it really pulled me in. I then listened to some more and loved the sounds. And then finally I saw vidoes of her music on KZread and discovered the combination of dance and playing she does. But I could hear in the music that emotional link before even knowing she danced to the music as she played. I don't know, perhaps it's just me. But I believe she is at her best when she has that strong connection between heart and performance, between feeling and sound and movement. And I think that also attracts a lot of her fans .. even if they do not realize it.
Love!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's how great this was-- for about five minutes after this was over, that's the only word I could think of. I loved the editing and the way the facts were presented. Loved this. Love Ms. Stirling. Love all of this. Love!
Thank you KZread to recommend me this (it apparently took you six years but I forgive you, busy algorithm that you are). After the judge part at the beginning I was very glad to see a laughing Lindsey where she could be herself, even though that part was what I think inspired her to become even better. And this whole documentary was even fanmade? I was surprised reading that in the description as I wouldn't have thought because it looks very professional. Thank you for this inspiration!
She's such an amazing person. Hopefully I get to see her at meet&greet this year :D She actually inspired me to start playing the violin, I wanna start learning ^__^

Lindsey, you are incredibly awesome young woman. I love your interaction with the children. Your music, just blows me away. Keep up the great work. Look forward to following you and enjoying your music.
Lindsey, I love u so much! Your music is great! I live in Utah, and I'm a Mormon girl who loves dubstep and skrillex and Nero, but no one has anything in common with me because of that. You made me re-take the violi and I couldn't be more grateful. Keep up the good work, because you inspire me and so many others each day to keep working hard. :)
Goodness gracious! First time I saw Lindsey Stirling I fell in love with her because others don't see that Lindsey plays nothing but the heart not the mind. Its starts with the heart and the rest will follow. Such as: Success, happiness, trust, faith and the goods continue on...
Loved watching this. You are amazing!

I LOVE your talent, style, and personality!! I look forward to purchasing your CD at target next week! :-) Thank you for being a delight! It's nice to meet another member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. :-) Small world. You are an inspiration to me. :-)
I just love this stuff! Come to Australia SOON please.
You are so talented and gifted with both music, dance and have a great personality - never let what the judges say ever get you down - you don't need them to turn you into some plastic copy of what they want or think they want - let the light continue to shine on you and all those that assist you - blessed be
Lindsey is just like me, that's only one of the many reasons why I love her!! keep up the great work Lindsey!!!!!
I neeeeeeeeeeeeeeed the songname from the beginning *-* Awesome video, good job!
"you're not good enough to fill a theather". Seeing what unfolded remind me of a quote of Steve Jobs "You can't connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something - your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. "
I remember watching that and it breaks my heart to hear the judges. But overall, God bless her for she is amazing
Boy, did she prove them wrong! Selling out shows everywhere! Love you, Lindsey. :)
