it's called a cajon, it's not just a box. There are special materials inside it organized in a certain way to create the sound we hear

Free High 5 it’s certainly a lot cleaner when she’s sitting. I guess most wont notice though. Much richer sound to it as well.

@@1014p For the videos, they record her playing in the video, then put a studio recording of the same song over the top so it sounds better, but in this case, I think they just used the original recording for a natural echo because there were no other sounds to interfere. With how many of her videos are outside, things like the wind or Lindsey moving over the grass would mess with the music if they used the original recording, but not here. The sound difference here is less because she's sitting and more because they aren't using a studio track. When you hear her live, she sounds like this, even though she's dancing

@@filmandfirearms not with every piece she does. for example, master of tides was a live show she did, dancing included and it was all done simply with hidden cameras in what i assume is a town centre of sorts and she still played as amazingly as always, she's really gotten the hang of dancing and playing at the same time over the many years she's been at it

I love the original, but I LOVE THIS SO MUCH MORE!!! First time I heard I couldn't believe that song could sound so much better on violin. Lindsey really gives is emotion too. The strumming on the violin feels like it plucks at my heart strings, and how she hits the notes is the epitome of music-is-emotion.

I started practicing it, it doesn't sound anything like Lindsey yet. I have hope it will! As far as I know, the talent show won't be for a couple of months.
