i can't wait for this loan to end and for Lindsey to come back to the states. European leagues just don't have the competition like NWSL. And Catarina Macario needs to come play stateside to raise her game to the next level.

Well, the NNWSL is a far deeper league than the French league, which only has two good teams. Just saying :)

@@davidsprenkle2641 That maybe so I'd admit but the players she playing against and with far exceeds any experience she may pick up states side. The NWSL may have competition and speed of the game BUT European league boost strategy, tactics, finesse and technicality that badly lack in the NWSL. When they return to the national team they, especially Mac will be a much better ball player.

@@davidsprenkle2641 NWSL has the most boring matches ever, Europe league show quality and talent that you don't see in the NWSL. I can rexcognize that NWSL have ypoung talents that I hope they go to Europe to explote they're potencial.

lol to American saying nwsl is better and French couldnt compete. as an American who grew up playing soccer in the states under American and English coaches, you know shit about football. football in Europe is way more technical/tactical than nwsl. nwsl is kick and run, transitional American soccer. Europe will easily overtake. thorns were in season and got last in last wicc where euro teams just came off euros/preseason and easily beat. they have no clue about football. embarrassing

Most French league teams would struggle to compete in D1 womans college soccer. Macario got better competition every week playing for Stanford in the Pac 12

You know absolutely nothing about women's football!!! You come here to bash when even the American specialists say that Lyon are the best women's soccer team in the world and no team in nwsl is on their level! See matches of Lyon vs PSG ..... you will never find a match of nwsl at this technical level and athletic intensity. In less than 5 years the nwsl championship will inevitably be considered as a second level championship because Europe is progressing enormously.....
