As a Lindos veteran great walk through the village. So much more to see though, Atmosphere Bar for sports, Courtyard Bar for Greek Night, Captains House Bar. Great restaurants all fabulous food

Such a lovely couple you met there Kevin. They were so nice and told you all the nice places to go including the Arches. I, like you, thought they said Archies but we have the Arches in Glasgow which apparently is going to be reopening. Lindos looks so beautiful and such a lovely atmosphere about the place. Enjoy the rest of your holiday. Can’t wait to see where you’re heading off to next but hope to see you at the Avenue in between trips.

Lindos upmarket

Fantastic place Kev!! Endless small streets, bars & restaurants. Great place for a holiday, the Wife & I walked for miles every day. Not easy access down some streets, unfortunately, so you need to be fairly fit. Thanks for sharing mate👍👍

I’m told they aren’t keen on payment by card, Kev. Is that correct. Are food prices in line with that beer price level? Obviously the latter being considerably higher than popular Spanish resorts.

Some years ago stayed for two weeks in Lindos . The beach, shops and bars do look a lot busier now. It does look a little bit too crammed for me. A football themed story . Went into one of the bars ( can’t remember the name but a Brit served me ) and the owner picked up on my accent. Ah, Liverpool he said? No , Everton l replied. I don’t care he said , drinks are on the house if you are from Liverpool . The Reds had just won Champions’ League( European Cup) May 2005 in a penalty shootout. He wouldn’t let me pay for a drink. I like to pay my own way, so it was a little bit awkward going in there again. Now, looking at those beer prices, l think l would be swanning around in a Shankly top😂

As a lindos regular for 30 plus years prices are in line with central London where I'm from

What about if you dont't drink alcohol and like sports........................
