The ending of this series is absolutely gorgeous,I generally don't get emotional but the ending melted me❤️absolutely loved it

can we talk about how badly i loved the ending but how mad i still am for not showing if they kissed or not?

Per Veena Sud, the actors stayed in character and kissed because they didn't know what to do with each other at the end of the scene. It was off-camera because Jonathan Demme (director) was working on a crane shot, so the camera and entire crew--except for two people who saw the kiss--were focused on the shot. It worked out because Veena did not want a filmed kiss.

Sorry I'm late, but why kiss tho? He already had his girl and a daughter. Isn't it bad if Holder and Linden end up together?

This series made me get attached to it so bad. So emotional. The characters and the stories feel so real.

The Killing is a great show. It shows how police investigations are actually conducted. The characters are phenomenal and the stories are superb.

seven years later and i still come back to this vid every now and then... still the best vid about these two, there is no word!

I've lost count of how many times I've watched this. Such a great video! If only we had more episodes.

I am absolutely speechless. Wow. Just wow. That was such a work of art. The music, the voiceovers, your editing...it all worked so perfectly. Honestly, I am so in love with this video. It's such an incredible and fitting tribute to these incredible characters and this wonderful, under-appreciated show. Great work

This show is eye opening for the real procedures on how police investigation works. They're slow, messed up, wasting time following false evidence and trail, too much bureaucracy/hierarchy in the department, bribes, witnesses that keep telling lies etc.

I like to think that they continued to be best friends but then they realized that they loved each other and eventually ended up together and very happy. They knew how to end it. It was done this way so that our minds would imagine the rest, where we'd have no choice but to imagine they ended up together and happy.

Amazing video! I've just finished the final season and couldn't stop thinking about Holder and Linden. After watching the video, I think I have to re-watch all the seasons again.

oh my gosh This brought up so many emotions in me. i don't even know what to say this is hands down the best video I have seen for them, it is one of the best videos I have ever seen this song already is one of my favorites and I love these two so much. I think this show was awesome and the relationship between Holder and Linden was special. I wish they would make more seasons, like Law & Order.

i just finished watching it... damnn, it was such a great show! the dynamics between them was soo unique, i loved that it wasn't about sex and romance between them, it was a bond, they were true buddies, and the ending was so perfect, and oh my god, you again with your videos !!! UGH !!! i love everything you do, honestly

I'm in love with this ! I just can't stop watch it over and over !! The parallels, the dialogue, the beautiful coloring, the score you choose, the editing. Everything was a pure perfection, a flawless tribute for this amazing serie ! I have watched this vid repeatedly. It is so well done. I was struggling to hear what Linden whispers before "You didn't have to stay..." so I turned the vol up full blast and held my entire laptop to my ear :) I finally heard the line you mention in your description. It's beautiful and tragic...and I cannot remember which episode it's from.

WOW. JUST WOW. I don't even watch this show, but I love your videos and was marathoning them when I saw this - absolutely breathtaking. Seriously, I was welling up for a show I know nothing about, I think I'm going to have to check it out now! It was like a divine experience :D

wow just wow, i did not watch the american versioun, as i watch the danish one, to be honest wit i prefer danish one, but this vedio is amazing music every thing

this was so so beautiful. i started the show a few weeks ago and i stopped watching 3 days ago after 2x06. these two were great, but i really hated the rest of the show (aka ALL the other character and ALL the other storylines were horrible in my opinion). so i think that the general irritation i was feeling while watching the show stopped me from falling for them even though i felt that their (way too small) part in the show was great. anyway, my point is that this video is magnificent and almost makes me want to give the show another chance. i forgot completely about the awful mitch (worst character in tv history imo), stan, terri, gwen, the politician that i forgot his name already, and his little helper who's name i never remembered lmao. anyway, this video made me focus on them and them only and understand how incredible they are. you are this good. i wish they were in another show so i could watch the rest of their story.

i know exactly what you mean about the show. all the red herring can be annoying, and the unnecessary subplots are kind of messy. i get that. despite all of its flaws, i managed to get through the show pretty easily. i've got my unusual patience to thank for that. i just tend of accept things as they are, close an eye on the bad and focus on the good - which for me was linden and holder, both individually and together, the underlying themes of it all and the cinematography but yup i see why some people struggle with this show. i'm overjoyed to hear that you enjoyed the video, even though you quit the show! thank you, it's satisfying knowing that i managed to draw out something meaningful from it all, something that speaks to someone who doesnt enjoy the show per se. thank you so much
