Watch Hoan vs Salah battle bad 2013 go pro raw footage. Two dancers that REALLY respected each other the entire time, and seriously the best ending to a dance battle I have EVER seen! Boogie Frantick vs Slim Boogie is pretty good also!

This battle clearly shows the distinction between dance as an emotional performance art and just moving to music. Linda was expressing her emotion, the ending proved this when Martha just joined her in a final duet realising the connection between the music and the dance. Beautiful.

The reason why I love this is because they are bringing hip hop back to it's roots. Mother Africa. We dance for our community, friendship, beauty of life and expressing emotion in the movement of one's body. We have made hip hop dancing choreography and stringent which it should never be. This right here shows the beauty of free styling and just feeling the music. People really don't realize that Hip Hop is Africa and Africa is Hip Hop. And is ever changing with input from other countries.

Hip Hop is an American invention that may be similar to what is observed in some African cultures, but it is new as of the later 20th century. Hip Hop was initially about expression through struggles of being raised in the inner city, but has adapted over the decades to encompass people from various backgrounds.

Linda is a great french dancer. Sister of Iron Mike (popping). They danced at Juste debout 2008 together. She's now part of Paradox-Sal crew.
