And she she was young when it happened she had to survive no matter how broken she was.. It was Lincoln who helped her open up and helped her to love again but other than that she was already broken and always thought about dying by the hands of someone else.. I mean yeah Lincolns death shattered her completely but if she never met Lincoln then she would have still went down the same path.

He didn't teach her to be a warrior so she could become a cruel monster who's lost herself. He taught her to be a warrior so she could defend herself, never lose touch with the strength of who and what she is inside, and so she could have the physical ability to lead, if necessary. She's lost sight of all that, of herself, and of him. It's heartbreaking.

I think she does what's the best for her people, not what's easy and comfortable. As a leader she suffers the most. I'm sad because she didn't have a chance to do anything else. Lincoln would help her to get her shit together but that's all he could do. I'm heartbroken, they should be still together, Lincoln should be alive. 💔

Lincoln sacrificed himself to save her. Somewhere along the line she lost herself, she needed Lincoln. I think if he would have know what would happen to her, he would have found a way to go with her. I hope that Octavia will remember what Lincoln sacrificed for her, that she will be thankful for it once again. Lincoln would want that for her. I hope that in season 6 she changes back from Blod reina to ‘O’ and then, near the end, is reunited with her soulmate 😢

She just fell apart after his death. After that, I never saw her smile again. He was the one that kept her sane, but without him, she went dark. I think that there was always a dark and violent side of Octavia, but Lincoln was the only one who could make her smile like that. He helped her to keep her dark side under control, after his death, the darkness just took her over and never let her go. We see that in season 6, she’s sick of what she’s become and just wants to die. The only two people, Octavia ever purely loved are Bellamy and Lincoln. And in the bunker, she had neither, so no one could prevent her going the dark path. What do you guys think?

the fact that Octavia never wore her braids after Lincoln died is heart wrenching, and then the only time she did was when he was with her and after he died in the conclave when she braided it backwards, along with his tattoo OML. I love this edit so much and every time I cry when I watch it, I love The 100 so much

Lincoln's death was the main reason Octavia became the cold blooded person she became. He kept her sane, and with her brother gone, she didnt have anyone to make her feel ok.

Octavia stopped being herself the day Lincoln died pain changed her and she is still my favorite however insane she is

Octavia Didnt know what she was looking for until she mer Lincoln, she had something to fight for. The day he died her mind was uncontrolled she wouldnt had been like that if it weren’t for pike

The first scene Lincoln entered in series I always wanted him to live longer but somehow i got initutaion that he would die before Octavia. Everytime he disappear I prayed that he would show up and I would be excited when he used to show up the scne in which he was going die I actually cried I wanted them to last longer I love their chemistry. I just hoped he didn't die so early. I stopped watching series after lincoln died. He had great character
