I love this guy. He completely tears down his opponents with his incredible and accurate aim by constantly throwing the shuttlecock onto the opposite side of the ground.

as a LCW fan, I do hate LD sometimes but have to admit the facts that LD is the best player in history (won all possible titles, very favourable head-to-head vs LCW)

tony stark you must be talking to Rose Roslan. "Truly considering his military background he definitely has that especially physical and mental strength. Lin Dan also has a body of a sportman. Meanwhile Chong Wei has a normal body which means he really has to work hard to be in his rank. He is representing 'hope' for people who have passion and talent for the sport."

Just so I don´t get to many hater-answers back. I think Lee Chong Wei is an incredible player and he is probably one of the best ever I think. What I don´t like is his fans, and even his coaches, who should take care of him. They fire at Lin Dan and use a language that is not only disrespective, but absolutely unnecessary. I really hope those trash talks could stop.

he's also the rock star of badminton, he always puts on a good show for his fans, even if the opponent is not as great as Gade or LCW, he'll throw in some incredible trick shots to keep the fans entertained...

Always the lead? I don't know where you get that. While LCW has been ranked world number 1 for a long time, his only major title gold was the all England of 2011. Lin dan on the other side, has swept all major titles, including 2 consecutive Olympic golds. LinDan's win rate again is LCW is much higher than the other way around. If I recall correctly, statistic says 75% win rate which means out of every 4 matches between LinDan and LCW, LinDan won 3 of them.

Thought LinDan lost the 2011 All england, but that is the point where he start improving on his gameplay. Just love it.

lin dan definitely stronger, faster and better at reading play. but, chong wei much more technical. brilliant net game. two of the very best.

lin dan learn a hard lesson from not to be faster as he always master, but how to slow down and control the matches.

I don't know anything about professional badminton, and Lin Dan is clearly amazing, but based on the first segment, I'd pick Lee to watch - just great flair and a lot of fun to watch.

for that watch Lin Dan - God of Badminton ;) That video was just made to show about his skill some of his recent play (in 2011) its just a a video to show some of skills and rallies I like, it has some structure of course, I choose Sudirman Cup and singapore because it was right before the world championships like all england and the matches and tournaments are in correct order actually. Lin Dan changed his style since 2010, that is why he lost 2011 all England. He wants to control more and will not play too fast as before. Later, when his style was more stable, he won again.

But please guys, be fair. In China, we got a lot of badminton stars, Lin Dan, Bao, Chen Long... but in Lalay, they got LCW only. The pressure that LCW is bearing is actually times of Lin's. Lin Dan also agreed with this point in his interview. I think both of them have come to an extreme level, so we better not to judge whos better. Y dont we focus on their attitude? Both of them are great players!!!

@fikradas Hi, yes I know it´s grip powder ! XD He puts on grip powder before and during the match and between games and so when the racket hits the shuttle the powder comes off, even better to see in slowmotion, that´s what looks like smoke ;)

nice vid man. However, I can't see any structure in this video. Neither did I see the most spectacular plays by Lin Dan, nor his most meaningful victories.
