To be honest, I didn't find anyone on KZread who solved similar questions, like that of the actual exam I strongly believe there is a huge gap between Actual JEE questions and those solved by coaching institute. If the gap is filled, surely students can build the approach to solve JEE questions.

in coaching institutes the level of Qs being solved in class differ based on the batch. Better the batch, better the Qs. The top batches even go beyond JEE level and solve Olympiad level Qs quite frequently

When we multiple -5,+5 becomes it becomes -25 and whe √4x+9 and √4x+9 multiples root get's cancel so finally we get 4x+(9-25) which is 4x-16

It is the greatest integer function. It is abbreviated as GIF and in many places (especially computer science) called the Floor of a number. If you enter any number into it then it will give the greatest integer smaller than that number as output. Eg. : [5.2]=5, [3.9]=3, [-6.3]=-7 etc. Edit: 1 is taken because if you put any number just less than 2 into the GIF, then it will give 1 as the output.
