Limestone dodecahedron
A dodecahedron of Hopton Wood limestone, sawn on my Rubi bridge saw from a 75mm cube.
The head was set at 58.285 degrees (roughly), that is half the dihedral angle of a dodecahedron (the angle between two faces). 12 cuts later we have the finished shape. The last two cuts were not quite the right angle so off camera I ran the saw over those two faces again.

Incredible, thank you! I'm trying this tomorrow with some glass
Seeing your fingers so close to the saw makes me *slightly* nervous 😱 Extraordinary achievement though ^^’ 👍 And twice, too ! #fearless Isabelle xx
