Limber de guayaba.
Ingredients:
1 can evaporated milk
2 cups guayaba juice
1/4 cup guayaba pulp
1/2 cup of sugar
The sugar may be substituted with condensed milk. Either 1/2 of the can or the whole can, depending how sweet you would like your limber to be.
Add all of the ingredients into the blender and let blend for at least 4-5 minutes.
Once the blender has been stopped, pour the mixture into the 5 oz cups.
This may be garnished with a piece of guayaba paste in the middle and then place in the freezer for 6-7 hrs. Or overnight.
Stay strong no matter the situation. Your faith can over come anything.
