Camille definitely draws the short stick in this group. Also, 10 episodes was way too short. Everything had to happen so fast. Why can't these streaming shows have more? Not enough time to develop back story or really connect with the characters.

I would support Gabriel and Emily but the fact there is Camille, such a sweetheart that helped her multiple times, just makes it impossible. I hate romanticizing betrayals and dishonesty. The fact she jumped in his bed the minute him and Camille broke up.. sorry, no.

Impossible not to binge it. And boy ! so accurate in so many levels. The struggle is real when you don't speak the language and all those culture shock scenes... nevertheless how magical and stunning is PARIS. Season 2 3 4 please.

Accurate for the struggle 100% right, even if she doesn't reallly break down once like many expats. The rest not so much. Her "chambre de bonne" (10 to 15 m² max) is a studio of 35 m² with a magnificent view. She's always wearing ultra fashion clothes... i could go on and tackle the clichés so basic in their depiction but i get it's not accuracy but entertainement. It's made to appeal to a large audience and to binge like i did despite the cringey aspects of it.

Not so much in the accuracy. The struggle is there with the linguistic and cultural differences but it's more of an exageration and caricature. Still loved the show though! *lived in France
