Hey Jackie! Also, “camp” doesn’t always refer to fashion. A lot of time it refers to pop culture like film, tv, design, or an overall aesthetic. A lot of movies from the 70s and 80s can be referred to as campy, as well as the “feel” of something- like a tacky restaurant or diner or comes to mind when I think of “camp” - the flintstones movie from the 80s or 90s has a lot of “camp” to it because of the exaggerated make up, harsh lines, the big jewelry and the mix of “tacky” and the sixties decade theme where the original flintstones cartoon was created. Examples of campy movies: Young Frankenstein, Austin Powers, (The original) Hairspray - are some of the examples that epitomize what camp is to me.

Am I the only one that saw Hailey Bieber's look and tan at the MET and got reminded of the old, very tanned lady from There's Something About Mary? My faves at the MET though were Lily Reinhardt and Lily Collins. They had a Marie Antoinette vibe. She was historically extravagant and campy, as well as Cleopatra, so loved Billy Porter's look too!

Thank you so much! it's hard to contour so it's subtle enough that it's wearable but shaded enough to make a difference so a lot of my videos you can tell I was still trying to figure out that balance 😂 i cringe looking back at some tutorials but I liked the contour in this one! hehe thanks for your comment💜
