Lily Allen and Miquita Oliver have known each other since, well, before Lily was even born. Growing up together in Ladbroke Grove, west London, they went to squat parties (in their early teens), partied at Notting Hill Carnival and of course shared a love of music. They took a trip down memory lane and took us to some of their favourite places.

What I find heartwarming about these two is how they found each other. I think they both felt like outcasts at school who never fitted in. I think when you find just one person you bond with, it means so much more

I gotta be honest, miquita and the now married Lily Allen were two of my biggest crushes during the noughties,. Miquita has aged so well & after seeing her on gogglebox recently I'm crushing on her again, I'm chuffed Lily found a decent man & if miquita wants some disappointment for an hour or so I'm available😂😂😂😘✌️
