Lillie Keenan won ANOTHER big equitation championship on Sunday, November 3rd at the Alltech National horse show when these two rounds helped her to the ASPCA Maclay Finals Championship.

This girl is so inspiring! I love that no matter what horse, what discipline she is riding in, she makes it look so effortless and brings out the best in the horse. LOVE to watch her! If I see her at WEF… I am totally going to hug her! :)

is it ok to post at the canter like that? my trainer always says not to but ive noticed that usually at serious eq comps ppl tend to post at times

It's a light seat so they aren't "posting* but in flat classes, no. It also depends on horse over fences. If your horse is bouncy and a full seat looks bad, do a light seat. If your horse is smooth, do a full seat. Hope that helps :)
