Growing up with a dad and marrying a man who have always held me and all women in their lives in the highest regard and put me on a pedestal every chance they got then to now working in a male dominated industry and feeling for the first time as a lesser than an equal has been challenging to say the least, but this helps me feel that I am enough and will always be enough. I'm still proud of the woman I am, thank you for this!

What industry is that?? I think there's misconception that men are favored in the work force In reality, they have diversity quotas and hire women and minorities first. There are male dominated areas, but not due to sexism. Men and women make different career choices.

To clarify, I would need more than 2 hands to count the number of instances where I was made to feel like I didn't know what I was talking about specifically because I am a female, not counting the other times where it could have gone either way. Men are not "favored" where I work, they (not all but enough) just treat females as lesser. Thank you for asking for clarification :)

I raise all my kids 5 boys and 3 girls that education and financial independence is important. Not to worry or care what others think or say about them and to focus on them and the ones who love them. Where you get this crap about me not fighting for them them is beyond me.
