That diamond plate drum pedestal was built for them for free in exchange for them doing this video in the company's workshop. Pretty fair deal, I would have to say. 👍

The more I've listened to this, the more Ethan and Abigail are the stars of this video. No disrespect to Melody and Sam or Justin because every one of them is awesome.. Papa Liliac said that Sam struggled with this one and was getting frustrated but they encouraged and supported him through it... look how that worked out... I love this family...

I like the way the music blended with her vocals at the end of the verses. Again, they made it their own while still being true to the integrity of the original.👍🔥

Abigail was back there in her zone! As a drummer, I have listened to this multiple times, and her work was outstanding. This song is driven by the drums and the bass and her and Ethan just knocked an extremely difficult song out of the park. Great reaction you guys, love ya!

Sam had all the guitar parts perfect,and had that original Mesa Boogie sound, overall this was incredibly done 🤘

I read that the metal yard they filmed it at built the drum riser for free. That is why they filmed it there.

Kudos to whoever did the video editing and audio editing, especially on Melody's vocal effect at times. We all know they are top notch musicians and Melody's vocals kicks ass. But the sound and video has really gone to another level since "Enter Sandman"

In their earlier stuff, Melody played Bass, the younger brother played guitar. Almost as good as the older brother. Pretty much why he's such a good Bass player.

This family are amazing and getting better and better with age, even though they are all still pretty young. The guitar player is turning into a excellent player, as well as the drummer, but the singer is just incredible...love these kids.

HOW DID I MISS THIS? Well I don't need to say anything cuz you two always love Liliac!! Love you both!!

His dad said Sam practiced for hours and hours and hours on the solo, and really had a hard time getting his fingers to move fast enough. As with most things in life that people do with excellence, the secret is always lots and lots of unseen hard work behind the scenes. Some want to skip the hard work and instantly be great at something, and it just doesn't work that way. So, we get to see the end product and how awesome Sam nails the solo, but none of us saw the poor guy spending countless hours working on getting it right with no fanfare or praise. You all take care and have a good one.

As musicians, you know how much hard work it takes to sound this good. As a guitarist, I have lived that life too and it is more work than the fans will ever know. I have played some big venues and delt with record companies and all the BS that comes with it. This band is great! They have a big future ahead if they can survive the big time. It is fun on stage but not so fun dealing with idiots and bad management. We musicians have lived the bad sound man and the equipment failures but music is worth all of it. I hope this band goes to the top and can`t wait for their first all original album.

I know this is an older video, I have watched before. However while we are on the Liliac train, I am actually going to see them on October 26th. I missed them last 2 times in town. They have some really solid new originals out now. Carousel is one of them and pretty damn good. I can not wait to see this young family band live. Sam is ridiculous on Lead Guitar. Melody has a good voice for the rock genre overall. To have that many siblings and they all play different instruments and that is amazing in itself.

Carlos, here's a fun fact for you. As with your mention of Hanson, people often say Liliac is like a metal version of the Partridge family. Ready for the fun fact? Before their live shows, while the audience is waiting for them to come on stage, they'll play Partidge family music through the speaker system as a wink at that comparison. Then, they come on stage, put their instruments on, and immediately start rocking hard. It's pretty funny, and shows they have a good sense of humor about the whole thing. Have a good one.

What I like is their improvement in production you can hear every note, string, instrument throughout the video,..mass improvement, let alone a hard song to play with a single guitar matching dual guitars of Metallica.. thank god for the organ filler. I'm a huge Metallica fan but I gotta say I like this better than the original. For a couple reasons. 1. They added keyboards. 2. Melody's high screams. Abigail and Ethan's drums and bass sounded heavier as well.
