Anxiety is real thats for sure, the best way I could describe a SEVERE anxiety attack is that you legitimately think you're dying and nothing else could be worse in that moment

I love how he's so open to talk about his anxiety. I can definitely relate, especially when he mentioned about crawling into bed & listening to elevator music. I do the same.
