This was in 2008. Not every rapper is famous for freestyles, it's how they deliver, and how they write. Don't talk bad about Tyga because he couldn't freestyle then. Even I freestyle, but I'm not that good. That doesn't mean I'm bad at it.

I'm not defending Tyga by any chance, but Freestyle doesn't have to be off the top, the challenge of it is putting lyrics unheard or heard to match the flow of a random beat or track. Usually you would hear "off the top" which is just a version of Freestyle in itself.
