The loop is actually a scene from the anime *Mahoutsukai no Yome* or known in English as *The Ancient Magus's Bride* . It is a very good animated show, I recommend you guys watch it. I am not lying, you can thank me when you are done watching it. One of the genres it has in the story is romance so it is fitting that the scene of it was used for this slowed + reverb version of the song. As for what episode is the scene from? You'll have to find out yourself hahaha, but yeah the scene is from the Mahoutsukai no Yome, I kid you not.
