This is largely due to clothes made of these materials being washed, which causes these clothes to quickly erode, with the microplastic fibers entering the water system and eventually the sea. exaclty what i though the chorus of the song feels like a pre-chorus to hype you for the insane beat drop but then you get blue balled its the same with ignite by Zedd ( but at least at the end of that song it had big drop )

Not eveythjng needs a Skrillex drop. The equivalentint "drop" is this case is in the lyrics themselves. They hit harder and tell a story unlike any anthem before. I agree the remixes will be sick, but this garners just as much hype

@@Neltharn I agree it should be faster, but 1.25 feels too fast to me, and misses the weight of the bass. I tried increasing the speed by 8% (using an add-on to bring it to 108% speed) and I think that's a good middle ground that keeps the weight of the bass hits, but ramps up the urgency that we usually want from a Worlds anthem.

At first I thought this music was great but didn’t fit quite well as a worlds anthem, but with the DRX vs T1 arc it really did age well. Now I find myself emotional and hyped each time I hear this music! ❤ Hope this year’s worlds will be as good as last year! Really excited for it

Honestly this is amazing its a calm hype. The power comes more from the words themselves. "Dont ever say its over if im breathing." This line alone i can visualize myself in a cluch situation in valorant its 1 v 5 and im ready to take on the whole team. The calming melody kinda just makes it easier to see myself picking them off 1 by one till i get the last one and i tell my teammates "dont ever say its over if im breathing.". (I'm aware this sounds cringe but my point still stands)

Till the 3rd time fully focused on listening to this song, I realized the strong suit of this song is the story it delivers. Many believe that it does not have what it takes to be a World Final theme. Personally, I can tell this song is as amazing as the previous world themes since it generates a strong emotional impact when we combine the song with the back story of each pro player attending the final. A calm start followed by a gradual rush, partial blanks (which appear in all walks of life), a more aggressive rush, and a calm ending. I believe we can relate that tempo to the journey of the final attendances, where they start the game, train, attend the play-in stage, achieve their victory, and enjoy it with peace. Hence, this really enhances my experience with this song. Shout out to the artists of Riot for all of their wonderful works.

This song sounds so nostalgic, a year has already passed since the 2022 Worlds, and returning here in view of the next Worlds is a very strong emotion! And the piano solo at the end... It always gives me goosebumps!

Cool song. I am no composer, but I wish the second "I'm starwalking" of every chorus would go up in energy instead of down. It feels like there is a crescendo without a payoff. This year I don't know on which note the editors of the worlds montages will drop the hype plays.

Yes. There was never a true peak of the song. They built up to a peak mutliple times, but we never got the payoff from those buildups

Yea for sure. I'd say the song is still really good if you were looking at it from a neutral standpoint, but there is no way I could ever say it was a Worlds song. I feel like it just lacks a lot of the hype that usually surrounds the Worlds songs.

처음 들었을 때는 솔직히 별로였는데 Deft 서사가 이 곡을 살린듯. 어쩜 노래에 그렇게 딱 맞게 흘러갔을까 이정도면 예언곡이다. 곡 자체는 god이 더 좋은데 Deft 때문에 이 곡이 더 좋게 느껴짐ㅋㅋㅋ

It really feels more like a Lil Nas X song then a Worlds song. The fact that the riot music team wasn't involved at all is probably why. They had a good formula for worlds and you could really feel the hype every year.

This songs hit different because of how AWESOME worlds 2022 was. Listening to this while waiting for a Game 5 was the coolest thing. Bring so many emotions

Song is good and the animation fits really well with the song! However, I feel as if this isn’t a World’s song. Every Worlds song was hype and energetic. Just like all the other comments are mentioning, an orchestral version of the song would definitely have a greater impact.

Came back after New Gods, this song is actually good I blame the PowerPoint Presentation of an MV for killing the vibe.

This sounds more like a Lil nas X song than a world song which is great as a song. It's just, Rise, Take Over, Phoenix and Legends never die give me chills and a feeling that something epic is about happen when I hear them. This song doesn't do that.

This song feels more like a start of a season type of song tbh. The message is something like trying to reach the top and being with the legends instead of just seeing them. Its a good charisma boost for people who want to play pro someday.

Agreed. I like the song but it would be a lot better if the instrumental was more akin to the live version. While you can't fully replicate the energy of a live performance in a studio track there's still ways they could have created more "hype" here

Yes! Even in like the tiktok teaser the instrumental is turend wayy up and you can really hear that chunky bass in the background, also they use a few more noise and voice effects which make it more hype, and have like a crowd cheering in the beginning, which I think would super work for a Worlds song considering its a live sport event, like I think that there is great potential here but it just hasnt really been touched!

I'm listening to this song while the Worlds 2023 semis is ongoing. It's such a nostalgia listening to this. I'm one of the people who dislike it at first because of how unfitting the song is to the Worlds' hype. But in later days, it starts to age well like a fine wine, because the reality is, this song is good in a unique way. It's actually gave you a memories of the past Worlds to remember the hype of the past. It's nice to listen to this great song again.
