I personally dont like the LGBTQ+ community. But I don't have a problem with gay people. One of my managers at work is gay, and hes the chillist person ever. Good guy. I just dont like those people advertise 100% of the time that their gay. It's kinda like idc if you doing something just dont throw it in my face, that's supposed to be ur personal life. Guys can talk about other girls and vice versa in public and to their friends and nobody bats an eye. What you are saying is you get uncomfortable when gay people do it, so you don’t like the LGBTQ+ community. That means you have internalized homophobia, but it isn’t your fault, because we live in a heteronormative society where LGBTQ+ people are considered weird or gross. The crazy thing about you mentioning Drake on “Dolla Sign Slime” is that he sent the track to Drake but he couldn’t do it. He sent a track to Nicki as well but she didn’t get back to him in time (I think). He explained it in his Breakfast Club interview. It’s definitely one of the highlights on the album and Meg always delivers. We never have to worry about her on a track, she and Doja gonna eat every time. 🔥🔥🔥

I love the comparison to Doja Cat in the sence that people underestimate how well Lil Nas X and Doja Cat really can sing, because both of their voices( including Miley Cyrus's) is amazing!!!

After hearing how trash CLB was, not having Drake on here was a good decision.

Imagine somebody in 2019 told you that Kanye, Drake, and Lil Nas X would all drop albums within weeks of each other and LNX's would be the best one.

His EP really showcased his versatility and is what made me an immediate fan💯 But this album!!! Can’t nobody tell him nothing 🙅🏾

I subscribed when you reviewed Normani a while back. But, you have the best reaction I’ve seen to this album. And I was there for live stream drop. It some how came up during my Normani reactions listening and it was unreal. It was a live stream where questions flashed across “what was the first song you ever heard on mine” and people would respond in the chat. He’d play one of his music video’s “probably in order of how he released them, “ I wasn’t a fan so I don’t know. But you were locked in like you were part of an immersive move and you stayed. Then a show called “Montero came on and he played all three parts, audience, himself, and host. He was pregnant and they asked questions. He rated his song least favorite to favorite and why and they’d play that song. At the end the host said you only got us to # 2 that’s all your music. That’s when he said his favorite was the one he was releasing that night, he went into labor. Birth the album and everything was an automatic visual playlist. Every song has a visual CGI with him and sometimes another person he’s longing for or something or it’s the actual Music Video. It was unreal. I think I’m a Lil Nas X fan now. Because I’ve been looking at everyone’s reaction to see if any of the reactors were part of the drop and had my experience and their take. Because it was a lot to take in.

This song is about people who’ve done things, especially gay or black who they’ve done great things that people knew about them, but then you just forget about them. Everything about them while they’re alive is they’re really good for a “ black, gay “ choose the descriptor and then you pushed them out of your mind. He got really depressed thinking about death and who will care if he’s gone.

And my top 3 is Dead Right Now, Industry Baby, and Tales of Dominica! The guitar in Tales of Dominica is such a lovely tie back to Call Me By Your Name, the chorus in DRN is so uplifting, and the marching band/drum line in Industry Baby hits so hard that I can’t keep from dancing to it lol.
