I notice a lot of popular songs have claps on the 2s and 4s, and on the faster (higher BPM) songs they are on the 3s. Is there a set rule to where the chaps should be placed based on the BPM Adam?

It’s really up to you on the bounce you after. The faster BPMS are on the 3 because it’s playing in halftime.
