yeah, as someone from the UK, to me UK drill hits harder and sounds more aggressive, which is what we want in UK drill, none of that commercial stuff. And in the US most people will say US drill go harder and sounds more aggressive. I feel like it’s just the use of the slang and accent difference and people from the US being around the slang that US drill rappers use, and UK people being around the UK slang. Drill supposed to come across as killers & all and we got that in both UK and US. Some rappers from the UK are turning drill commercial but i don’t count that as drill, they be spitting HipHop over a drill beat and call it drill just cause of the beat.
