Honestly, I hope CUBE realizes that Korean netizens and the general public expect idols to be able to sing well and rap better than dancing and songs like "i" make Chowon, Nayoung, Juhyeon, Yujeong and even Jian's vocals shine. This song even has Sangah's best rap verse in their current discography. "i" being the title track after Vivace honestly makes the most sense sound-wise but choosing "Alive" still suits their overall identity and lineup as a group, since the Korean general public and international fans generally agree that the members aren't cohesive and could be split into two: the cute and the edgy ones. Alive, like Vivace, is just not utilizing Chowon's vocals as much as it can and it's a shame cause Everyone knows how good of a singer she is.

honestly Alive should have been their debut. No offense to Vanilla though it's fitting as a debut song, it's just not as good and polished as Alive was. "i" could have been their comeback.
