Growing up around lightning bugs is so fun as a kid.

I saw this in my recommended and just HAD to watch! She's absolutely amazing, I love her color scheme and those delicate little wings. Seeing you put together the abdomen was so cool. Definitely inspires me because I love pretty bugs, maybe a fluffy moth doll.

That turned out great. I had turned a Luna Mothews into a female grim reaper death moth. It didn't turn out the way I had hoped as it was my second ever doll remake. Perhaps I'll go back and redo it one day...

The sculpting on her body so beautiful. If I made a bug girl it would probably be either a Spider, ant, or honey bee. I think they would make for really cool sculpted body details.

I love the concept of your doll and the finished product is really amazing & unique! All the mods are really incredible. If I was going to make a bug doll, I'd challenge myself to create a praying mantis, just because they look so alien.

@@LadyDynamiteCreates I would make it with the upper body of the doll and the lower body of a spider. Basically the body of the doll would be attached to where the head of the spider would be. So the hard part would be finding or sculpting a spider body large enough to fit the doll. Something like Arachnid (Greek Mythology), a Drider (A half Drow half Spider from D&D), or similar. I was actually thinking of Lolth and Drider's when I first seen this Collab. I would love to get into doing things like this but I work 10 hours and 6 days a week and have 3 young children so most of my spare time is taken by them and my wife and she would kill me if I spent less time with them.

what a wonderful doll! where do you guys get together and make collabs and, most importantly, HOW do you manage to do all this in time?

Thank you! I have just been approached by other artists who are organizing collabs and asked to join so it seems people just decide they would want to work with a group of people and ask. It helps timewise that I don't work that my doll hobby, my family responsibilities and volunteering with my daughter's school are the only things that take up my time. I usually work somewhere between 4-10 hours most weekdays on just dolls depending on my volunteer schedule and commitments.
