Hot damn! Reminds me of when I worked for a month in Guymon OK with a bunch of other UCSB Gauchos and Texas A&M Aggies. It's a long story--sampling dirt, radar satellite, NASA C-130, a very low-flying B-52 (random pass), et al. This reminds me of many of our afternoons and evenings after the day's work was done. Many thanks!

I love this version! The fiddle playing is quite a bit better than the Hoyt Axton recording. Commander Cody always had excellent fiddlers in his band.
