Lighthouse & Ryan Curtis 24hr Charity Event
I embarked on a mission to increase awareness about suicide and assist Karl McBlain in his fundraising campaign for Ryan Curtis, a paralyzed MMA fighter. The target was to go up and down Slieve Donard, the highest summit in Northern Ireland, continuously for 24 hours, with no sleep breaks. It took us 25 hours to finish, and we ascended 6 times.
Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. - Matthew 11:28

A lot of self talk! Haha
Absolute credit to you guys 👏, fantastic effort. I can only imagine how the legs are today. A stairway to hell maybe but like you say you’re blessed to be able to do it.

It was tough enough, it felt like walking up and down stairs for a full day. My legs are still very tender. I just put the donation link in the description.
