Lightbar Highlight: Federal Signal Arjent

This is a quick demonstration of my Federal Signal Arjent. This is not the version that requires the interface box, which is nice. You cannot "change" the flash patterns on this bar, per se, however there are two flashing modes, which I've dubbed 'Standard' and 'Pursuit'. The bar also has flashing TD's and Alleys are are switched together on my bar. The ONLY thing I wish this bar has, was a Cruise Mode. Otherwise, I think it's a pretty slick bar.

Nice Arjent! Have you ever tried searching for LAPD spec bars? Also I live in California and found a CalSpec Vision for $50 and a Streethawk for $75. Don’t know if you wanna check those out.

Thanks! I actually have a couple CA spec bars, including a Code 3 Select Alert, Whelen 80, Federal Signal Aerodynic, and a FS Vista. I’m always on the prowl though....

@@AdamsLights Hi Adam! Sry, star struck.. just the two code 3 ones i uploaded on my channel, not sure much about them. Wanted to do a police car style golf cart but needs moneys:/ will still build one just these bars are too wide for a golf cart.

@@navlauckgb6897 Gotcha, I took a look at both videos, looks like you have LP6000 bars (are you aware the first video is completely upside down?). I suspect that you could probably get somewhere between $100-125 for each of those bars.

I really tried to say away from the LED stuff, and stick with the oldies. I have a Vision SL (which is LED), This Arjent, a Code 3 2100, and Whelen Freedom, and a Code 3 RX2700. That is the full extent of my LED bars. Thanks for watching!

It is! Mine is not a California-spec, but those departments DO use the Arjent bar.
Where is that steady burn red and blue

Although this looks similar to a LAPD bar, this particular unit isn't a CA Spec bar.

I have bought an original lapd bar recently, how do i turn on the steady burn mode? I do trigger the red/white wire but no lights come on.
SL or S2 model??

This is the Solaris, S2 model. I honestly hate the Serial Interface Box, so I wouldnt have even bought it if it was an S2.
